Pear tomato

The TOMATO is a species with Origin in Central America and Mexico, from the north and northwest of South America, used for consumption for many years, until its arrival in Europe.

The fruit is a red berry low in casein, in terms of its shape, the pear is rounded, as well as a smooth or ribbed surface.

Its nutritional value stands out for the low number of calories it has and the large number of vitamins it contains, such as B1, B2, B5 and C, as well as carotenoids such as lycopene, which together with vitamin C, are among the best natural antioxidants that exist with a protective function of the human organism.

Cultivated in a greenhouse, indoors, throughout the year, it is one of the most used products in the kitchen.
