White Zucchini

Curcubita Pepo is the scientific name assigned to the well-known white zucchini or tapín. The variant of the current courgette that we know in our area is the result of a selection from the well-known "cocozelle" class typical of southern Europe.

Its benefits and properties make it an ideal and essential vegetable, with a content of vitamins, among them: C, B1, B2 and B6, as well as minerals such as potassium, magnesium, iodine, sodium, iron, calcium and phosphorus and with very low in calories.

Its fresh, slightly sweet flavor makes it one of the kings of the side dish, because it goes with almost everything, cooked, grilled, pureed or raw.
